One of the 5 P’s of Life is “peace of mind” – meaning your relationship with yourself. Everyone has ideas of what they need to do to find peace. Some people need less stress; others may need to feel a sense of value. Do you know what you need to find peace of mind?
Every Thursday, we tweet peace of mind tips on Twitter. Here are tips from last month.
If social media is making you depressed instead of giving you a boost, then turn it off — at least temporarily for a few hours.
End your day on a positive note by listing everything good that happened to you including your achievements.
Stop setting yourself up for failure – re-evaluate what you want to achieve and make sure it’s realistic given your lifestyle and commitments.
