One of the 5 P’s of Life is “peace of mind” – meaning your relationship with yourself. Everyone has ideas of what they need to do in order to find peace. Some people need less stress. Others may need to feel a sense of value. Do you know what you need to find peace of mind?

Every Thursday, we tweet peace of mind tips on Twitter. Here are tips from last month.

Stop seeking a major activity to de-stress – find small and inexpensive ways to relax such as washing your face.

When making changes to your behavior anticipate challenges so you have a plan upfront.

Elevate your current state of mind by smiling – even a half-smile will work.

De-clutter by giving away anything you haven’t used in two years.

If you’re feeling overbooked, overextended, or overcommitted – ask yourself “what is my priority?”
