One of the 5 P’s of Life is “peace of mind” – which is your relationship with yourself. Everyone has ideas of what they need to do in order to find peace. Some people need less stress. Others may need to feel a sense of value. Do you know what you need to find peace of mind? Every Thursday, we tweet peace of mind tips on Twitter. Here are tips from last month.

If your natural inclination is to be negative, then challenge yourself to stop dwelling on negative thoughts.

Stop scheduling EVERY hour on your calendar – leave gaps which give you flexibility if a task takes longer.

When you retire from work, make sure you don’t retire from life – make a plan for your post-retirement life.

Challenge yourself with something hard to do – at the end of your shower turn your water all the way to cold.

Take a break from caring for your aging loved one and enroll them in an adult day care center.
