As the end of 2013 nears, take time to reflect on yourself – your level of happiness, the amount of time you spend worrying, boundaries for family drama and living with purpose. During November, we tweeted the following “Peace of Mind” tips which can help you reflect on happiness, worry, family drama and purpose. Find your own sense of happiness by reflecting on who you are and how you are unique.

If you worry OFTEN, dedicate a set time every day (15 – 20 minutes) as your “worry period” where you allow yourself to worry.

Set boundaries to better manage YOUR reaction to family drama during the holidays.

Make a commitment to live with purpose.
